Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients on life insurance solutions and guide them through the application process. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

You will conduct phone and virtual consultations, tailor coverage options to client needs, and maintain CRM records while adhering to licensing and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with strong time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
