Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients about life insurance, assess needs, present suitable coverage, and guide applicants through the process. This is a remote, independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

You will engage clients via phone and video, maintain CRM records, and stay compliant with licensing standards while collaborating with mentors and leaders on ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent worker with strong self-motivation.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
