Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients on life insurance solutions and guide them through the application process. This is a remote, performance-based independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

You will contact leads, conduct phone and video consultations, and present coverage options aligned with client goals and budget, while maintaining CRM records and adhering to licensing and compliance

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent worker with strong time-management abilities.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
