Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive for a remote, independent contractor role in the U.S. Life insurance education, client needs assessment, and option recommendations will drive the sales process while you guide applicants through the enrollment steps.

This flexible position offers onboarding, mentorship, and access to multiple national carriers, with CRM tools and marketing resources to support you as you grow in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
