Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients about life insurance solutions and guide them through the application process. This is a remote, independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities include client outreach, conducting consultations, recommending coverage, and guiding applications while maintaining CRM records and complying with licensing standards. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with strong time-management skills.
• Life & Health Insurance License preferred or willing to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
