Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to connect with prospective clients interested in life insurance solutions. You will educate clients, assess needs, present suitable coverage options, and guide them through the application process.

This is a remote, performance-based independent contractor opportunity offering schedule flexibility, onboarding and ongoing mentorship, and access to multiple national insurance carriers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfort speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on client goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
