Job summary

You’ll log activities in the CRM, stay updated on carrier reviews, and receive mentorship from Ben and Andrea, who run the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management, or business development.
• Ability to work fully remote as an independent contractor.
• State life insurance license or plan to obtain license before first sale.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
