Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking a remote inside sales professional to build and manage a revenue pipeline for life insurance products. You will schedule back-to-back appointments by phone and video, present options across carriers, and guide a case from first contact to policy issue, while logging every interaction in the CRM and staying up-to-date on state rules.

This is a 1099 independent-contractor role with mentorship from Ben and Andrea, designed for self-motivated self-starters who thrive

Qualifications

• State life insurance license or plan to sit the exam before first sale.
• Inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Ability to explain a new product to clients.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Remote work setup: computer, phone, reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules
