The Wood Agency Life is hiring for an inside sales professional in a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. You will work the pipeline, schedule and hold appointments by phone and video, and present options across multiple carriers.

You’ll complete applications on the call and carry the case to policy issue, logging every interaction in the CRM and keeping clients informed as underwriting proceeds. This independent-contractor role includes mentorship from Ben and Andrea.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in inside sales or BD roles.
• We are looking for candidates who can manage a sales pipeline and follow up independently.
• Ability to explain complex life insurance options to clients.
