The Wood Agency Life is seeking an inside sales specialist to help families by offering life insurance options through a broad carrier network. This 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor role emphasizes building a strong sales pipeline and guiding clients from information to policy issue.

You will schedule calls, present multiple carrier options, complete applications on the call, and log every step in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to sit the exam before your first sale.
• Fully remote work: computer, phone, and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
