Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced inside sales professional to sell life insurance 100% remotely as a 1099 independent contractor. You will schedule and conduct phone/video meetings, quickly assess client needs, present multiple carrier options, and complete applications during the call.

You’ll rely on exclusive leads, a broad carrier slate, and ongoing mentorship from Ben and Andrea to drive results while working independently from home.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience in remote settings.
• Familiarity with state insurance rules and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
