The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced inside sales professional for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor role focused on life insurance sales. You will schedule and conduct back-to-back appointments by phone and video, present options across multiple carriers, and complete applications during calls.

You will log conversations in the CRM and stay informed on carrier reviews and state insurance rules.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with pipeline management.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• State life insurance license or plan to sit the exam before your first sale.
• Remote work setup: computer, phone, and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
