Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced inside sales professional for a fully remote, 1099 contractor role focused on life insurance products. You’ll manage a pipeline, present options across carriers, and close cases on the call.

You'll work with exclusive leads, receive mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and join a team that reviews performance in weekly calls and continuous script improvements. No salary or hourly pay; earnings depend on production.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management, or business development.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and follow up without prompts.
• Comfort explaining a product customers have never bought before.
• Licensed or in plan to be licensed for state life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery and present options across carriers.
• Complete the application on the call and see policy issue.
• Log conversations and next steps in the CRM.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
