• Experience selling by phone or in inside sales roles.
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule longer conversations.
• Open with questions instead of a pitch and let the family talk.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep several open cases moving without losing track of them.
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time.
