The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated life insurance professionals for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor role connecting with families who requested coverage information. You will manage the full sales call from first contact to completed application, using exclusive lead systems and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales, telesales, or call center.
• Willingness to engage in long conversations about sensitive topics.
• Have a state life insurance license or plan to obtain before first sale.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with individuals who requested coverage and schedule longer conversations.
• Open with questions rather than pitches to let families share information.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application during the appointment.
• Keep several open cases moving without losing track.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
• Use team call reviews to improve your approach over time.
