Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced life insurance sales professional for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role. You will manage your own pipeline, conduct discovery conversations, quote via carrier tools, and shepherd cases through underwriting to issuance.

You’ll work with multiple carriers and leverage CRM systems to maintain accurate pipelines, while staying up-to-date on state regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• You must have a track record of selling where results depend on your own work.
• Comfortable managing yourself without daily direction.
• Strong follow-up habits to move cases through underwriting and closing.

Responsibilities

• Work your own pipeline of people who requested life insurance information.
• Run discovery conversations before presenting options and match them to needs.
• Quote through carrier tools and submit applications during client appointments.
• Chase each case through underwriting until issued or closed out.
• Keep CRM records clean so the pipeline remains accurate.
• Study carrier guidelines and state rules as they change.
