The Wood Agency Life is seeking a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales representative who connects with families who requested coverage information, guiding them from first call to completed application.

You’ll open with questions, schedule longer conversations, present options by phone or video, and keep several open cases moving. You’ll log every call in the CRM, participate in weekly reviews, and leverage exclusive leads.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales, telesales, or a call center.
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics, not quick transactions.
• Consistent follow-up without prompting.
• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions and guide families to a completed application in one appointment.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same session.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
