The Wood Agency Life is hiring for a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. Youll meet with families by phone or video, listen to their goals, present coverage options in plain language, and complete the application together. Youll support underwriting, keep families informed, and document notes in the CRM.

Qualifications

Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting.
Gift for explaining complicated ideas without talking down.
Willing to learn a regulated field from the ground up.
State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.

Responsibilities

Meet by phone or video with people who asked about life insurance.
Listen to family needs and goals.
Explain options in plain language and complete applications.
Guide applications through underwriting and keep families informed.
Record notes and next steps in the CRM.
Participate in ongoing training and product updates.
