You'll be backed by licensing guidance, access to multiple carriers, exclusive lead systems, and mentorship from Ben and Andrea, the agency founders. Flexible scheduling and growth await in this regulated field.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting.
• Ability to explain complicated ideas clearly without talking down to anyone.
• Comfortable planning your own schedule rather than following a bell.
• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before your first sale.
• Willing to learn a new regulated field from the ground up.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
