Job summary

TeamLogic IT of Colorado Springs is seeking a Level 3 Technician for a full-time remote role. You will tackle advanced networking, server, and endpoint issues while supporting design and optimization of critical infrastructure.

You will mentor junior staff, engage with clients, and lead project implementations, with a focus on security and reliability across multi-client environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support with network admin/engineering in MSP environments.
• Proficient in network infrastructure, servers, and virtualization.
• Hands-on with routing, switching, and firewall management.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Knowledge of VPNs, VLANs, OSPF/BGP, QoS and SD-WAN.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are a plus.
