Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a Level 3 Technician for a full-time remote role. You will handle advanced troubleshooting across network, server, and endpoint systems, manage IT infrastructure, and provide proactive maintenance.

The position emphasizes network design, implementation, and optimization of critical infrastructure, plus leading project implementations and client communications. You will mentor junior staff and ensure security and optimal performance of all IT systems while supporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or related roles, with network admin/engineering experience.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments preferred.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure, servers, and virtualization.
• Strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and firewall management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Windows Server 2012R2 or newer, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with business firewalls (Meraki, Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto or similar), VPNs, and advanced networking concepts.
• Wireless networking and security configurations.
• Network monitoring tools (Wireshark, SNMP, NetFlow).
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex hardware/software/network issues in production.
• Ability to lead projects, upgrades, migrations with minimal supervision.
• Fundamental cybersecurity understanding and IT compliance (HIPAA, CMMC, PCI is a plus).
• Experience providing customer-facing technical support to end users and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills.
• IT certs (CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus; networking certs valued.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass background checks.
