Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an IT Technician III in Denver, Colorado to ensure system operation and support for end users. The role involves responding to service requests, mentoring junior staff, and managing technical account requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in desktop/server systems, including Active Directory and firewall management. A flexible work-from-home option is available.

Qualifications

• 5 years equivalent work experience in IT support.
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems including 365 hosted servers.
• Firewall administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of incoming requests via telephone and email.
• Setup for new hires.
• Prioritize incidents to meet SLAs.
• Perform hardware repairs and installations.
• Mentor junior engineers.
