Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a Level 3 Technician for a full-time remote role. You will handle advanced troubleshooting across network, server, and endpoints, manage IT infrastructure, and maintain security and optimization of systems.

You will lead network projects, mentor junior staff, and engage with clients to deliver comprehensive IT solutions. The position emphasizes design and implementation of critical network infrastructure and proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or related roles, with network administration/engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure, server admin, and virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on networking with routing, switching, and firewall management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Knowledge of security concepts, backups, and IT compliance is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass background checks.
