• 5+ years of IT support experience, including Level 3 or senior technician responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field preferred; relevant certifications add value.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Design, implement, and manage robust networks; monitor performance and security.
• Perform regular system administration, patching, backups, and monitoring; ensure compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
• Lead IT projects, migrations, deployments, and coordination with vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed client environment documentation and processes.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and provide training to improve service quality.
