The role requires Texas residency for remote work, weekend availability, and comfort navigating multiple software platforms.

Qualifications

• Clear, empathetic phone presence to guide callers.
• Willing to work one weekend day and holidays.
• Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Comfortable using multiple software platforms.
