Job summary

Alert Communications is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist to be the primary contact for individuals reaching out to partner law firms. You will evaluate inquiries, deliver compassionate care, and ensure a smooth onboarding from the first interaction.

Based in Arizona and working remotely, you must reside in AZ (excluding Flagstaff), be comfortable with multiple software platforms, and have a strong phone presence. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona (excluding Flagstaff).
• Clear, empathetic phone presence to guide callers in legal services.
• Willingness to work one weekend day and assigned holidays.
• Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries for partner law firms.
