Alert Communications is seeking a Full-Time Remote Client Support Specialist (Legal Services) to handle inquiries from partner law firms, qualify leads, and deliver compassionate customer care from a remote home office.

You will support onboarding and serve as the primary contact across multiple systems, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and excellent phone presence.

Candidates must reside in the US and be able to work weekends/holidays; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident phone presence for professional caller guidance.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Ability to manage multiple screens/systems simultaneously.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
