Job summary

Tort Experts is seeking an Intake Advocate to be the first point of contact for potential claimants seeking legal assistance for injury claims. You will guide claimants through screening to determine eligibility and assist with the completion of initial forms to retain an attorney.

This role is remote, 4 days of 10 hours (Friday–Monday), handling 150–200 calls daily, and requires maintaining confidential records in a paperless system while coordinating with partner law firms to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software is expected.
• High attention to detail and data-entry accuracy is required.

Responsibilities

• Build initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every interaction.
• Engage in 150–200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Maintain claimant relationships by proactively contacting claimants and documenting interactions.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Keep updated records in a paperless database system.
• Meet occupancy and adherence goals set by the team.
