The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in a call center or legal intake environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Call center or BPO experience required.
• Legal intake experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Build claimant relationships through interactions.
• Engage in 150-200 calls per day.
• Maintain updated records in a database system.
• Identify urgent issues requiring immediate attention.
• Meet occupancy and adherence goals.
