Job summary

Tort Experts is seeking an Intake Advocate to be the first contact for potential claimants seeking legal assistance for injury claims. You will screen for eligibility and help complete initial forms to retain counsel, guiding claimants through the intake process with empathy and accuracy.

This role supports a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment with Tuesday–Saturday shifts. You will maintain confidential records, manage high call volumes, and collaborate with partner firms to ensure a smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Call center or BPO experience required.
• Legal intake experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interaction.
• Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Maintain records and documentation of claimant interactions in a paperless system.
• Use good judgment to escalate urgent issues to management.
• Meet occupancy and adherence goals.
