Tort Experts is seeking an Intake Advocate in Oklahoma to serve as the first point of contact for potential claimants needing legal assistance with injury claims. In this role, you will guide claimants through the screening process and assist with the completion of initial forms.

Qualifications

• Call center or BPO experience required.
• Legal intake experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Build the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interaction.
• Keep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration)
