You will guide claimants through a screening process to determine eligibility and assist them in completing initial forms. The role involves making 150-200 calls per day, maintaining confidentiality, and documenting interactions.

Qualifications

• Call center or BPO experience required.
• Legal intake experience is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
