Qualifikationen

• Call center or BPO experience required.
• Legal intake experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build initial claimant relationships and confidence with each contact.
• Engage in 150–200 calls per day in a call center environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of claimant interactions in a database system.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
