Tort Experts in New Mexico is seeking an Intake Advocate as the first point of contact for potential claimants. In this role, you will guide claimants through a screening process and assist with initial forms.

You will engage with 150-200 calls daily, maintain detailed records, and work remotely in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree and call center experience are preferred. Join us in reshaping performance marketing in the legal sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Call center or BPO experience required.
• Legal intake experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and solve problems.
• Keep updated records of claimant interactions in a paperless database.
