Tort Experts is looking for an Intake Advocate to serve as the first point of contact for claimants seeking legal assistance. You will guide them through a screening process and help with the initial forms to retain an attorney.

The position involves making 150–200 calls daily in a professional environment, and a Bachelor’s degree along with call center experience is preferred. Benefits include fully-paid health insurance and unlimited PTO.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration) preferred.
• Call center or BPO experience required.
• Legal intake experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with prospective claimants.
• Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day.
• Maintain updated records in a database system.
• Solve problems while maintaining confidentiality.
