Job summary

Alert Communications is seeking a Part-Time Remote Client Support Specialist to act as the primary contact for callers for our partner law firms. You will evaluate inquiries, provide compassionate customer care, and help ensure a smooth onboarding from the very first call.

This role requires Texas residency, weekend/holiday availability, and strong English–Spanish communication, plus reliable computer skills and the ability to multitask across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Must live in Texas.
• Available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality (legal industry experience is a major plus).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is strongly desired.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across multiple systems.
