Job summary

Relativity is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors. The role blends legal practice with AI product adoption, helping lawyers understand and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR, Relativity's conversational AI for lawyers.

You will work remotely across the full customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, gather feedback, and craft scalable playbooks for customer engagement.

Qualifications

JD and bar admission required; 10+ years practicing law in firms or in-house.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and how lawyers work with AI tools.
Experience in client-facing advisory or sales-oriented roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across firms, corporate teams, and public sector orgs.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through training and engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and marketing on needs.
Bridge legal workflows and AI capabilities to deliver tangible outcomes.
