Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney who can help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience for lawyers.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and work across the full customer lifecycle to drive adoption at scale in a remote-capable role across diverse legal contexts.

Qualifications

JD with Bar admission.
10+ years practicing law or in-house legal experience.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with multiple stakeholders.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and marketing teams.
Bridge legal and technical workflows to translate AI capabilities into actionable insights.
