Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer who will help clients understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience for lawyers.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, in the US, spanning the full customer lifecycle and focusing on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale within law firms, corporate legal departments, and service providers.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required
7+ years practicing law at a firm or in-house with litigation experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences
Curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal work
Client-facing experience is a plus
Ability to operate in fast-moving cross-functional environments
Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR and related tooling
Knowledge of litigation workflows

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across legal teams
Drive discovery and solution alignment with Pre-Sales and Account Executives
Lead tailored product demonstrations linking Relativity's AI to real use cases
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption to drive value
Translate customer needs to product/engineering and refine playbooks
Bridge legal workflows with AI capabilities to improve efficiency
