Job summary

Relativity is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors—practicing or former lawyers who translate legal workflows into AI‑driven value.

You will work across the full customer lifecycle, helping lawyers understand, adopt, and realize benefits from RelativityOne, claiR, and aiR while collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering.

This role supports senior leadership in driving adoption at scale and shaping scalable assets for client engagement.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 3+ years legal practice; litigation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Experience in client-facing or advisory roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI in legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives; lead product demonstrations.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Act as voice of the legal customer; provide feedback to product and engineering on needs and adoption barriers.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical insights for attorneys and stakeholders.
