You will operate across litigation, investigations, discovery and compliance to redesign workflows around AI so legal teams work faster and more defensibly.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 3+ years practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR.
• Knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers across firms and corporate teams as primary users.
• Partner with Pre-Sales to support discovery and solution alignment.
• Lead product demonstrations connecting Relativity’s AI capabilities to real use cases.
• Guide onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption to drive value realization.
• Provide feedback to product teams to improve AI tools for legal workflows.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows to help customers realize ROI.
