Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR, our AI-enabled legal tools. You will work across the full customer lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and serve as a bridge between legal practice and AI-driven product innovation.

You will engage lawyers as primary users, support pre-sales demonstrations, and guide post-sales adoption, ensuring adoption translates into measurable impact

Qualifications

• JD required and Bar admission.
• 3+ years practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and ability to translate them to AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms, corporate legal teams, and public sector organizations.
• Drive pre-sales adoption conversations with engineers and account executives; lead product demonstrations connecting Relativity’s AI capabilities to real use cases.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement with customers.
