Relativity seeks a skilled Legal AI Advisor to help lawyers adopt RelativityOne and claiR/aiR, across the full customer lifecycle. You’ll combine deep legal expertise with technology insight to demonstrate value and guide customers through AI-enabled workflows.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and emphasizes driving adoption, delivering tailored demonstrations, and shaping how legal teams work with AI at scale.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission are required.
• 10+ years practicing law at a firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, and public sector organizations.
• Drive pre-sales conversations and lead tailored product demonstrations.
• Enable post-sales adoption through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Bridge legal needs with product and engineering to improve workflows and AI adoption.
• Partner with customer success to translate adoption into measurable impact.
