Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company offering RelativityOne and AI-powered tools. The Legal AI Advisor will guide lawyers in adopting AI to transform legal workflows, working across lifecycle stages from discovery to post-sale adoption.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and focuses on driving AI adoption at scale while delivering value to law firms, corporates, and government partners.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission required.
• 10+ years practicing law or in-house experience.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its legal applications.
• Prior client-facing roles are a plus.
• Experience in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on with Relativity aiR and related AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Lead discovery, product demonstrations, and solution alignment with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to maximize value realization.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product decisions.
• Bridge legal workflows with AI-enabled processes across teams.
