Job summary

Colliers seeks a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to oversee client implementations, vendor relationships, and program delivery across global teams. You will manage discovery, data extraction, migration, validation, and stabilization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual scopes.

You will guide a team through onboarding, develop playbooks, and maintain dashboards and reports while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with lease administration to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with CRE database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Visual Lease or similar.
• Experience managing multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases) and global account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Effective working independently, preferably remotely, with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project team accountability to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transition projects.
• Prepare and lead client governance programs, including reporting cadence and business reviews.
• Conduct regular client meetings and maintain ongoing internal communications.
