Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the transition lifecycle from discovery through handover to the Lease Administration team. The role requires coordinating data extraction, migration, validation, process documentation, and establishing schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Proficient with CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Visual Lease or similar databases.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to work independently, often remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Oversee data migration, abstraction, and quality control for leases.
• Develop and execute client governance, reporting, and communications.
• Lead and mentor transition resources across global teams.
• Provide final QC and ensure accurate lease data input.
