Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the transition lifecycle from discovery to handover, including data migration and validation.

You will coordinate with a global lease administration team, develop governance and reporting, ensure timely abstractions, and maintain templates and playbooks while upholding Colliers' service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting/property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project team accountability to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide quality control within the database during onboarding.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, and quality control for transitions.
• Develop and maintain account governance, reporting cadence, and playbooks.
