Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager for Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and standardize transition processes. You will oversee discovery, data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, and stabilization to ensure a smooth handover to the Lease Administration team.

The role requires coordinating with global teams, delivering on timelines, and maintaining strong client governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple real estate database apps: CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease.
• Experience with global accounts management and large lease portfolios.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project team’s accountability to scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Provide quality control within the database during onboarding.
• Lead data migration and mapping between systems.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs during transition.
• Prepare and lead client communications and status reviews.
