Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Transition Manager for Lease Administration to oversee client implementations, data migration, and onboarding. You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring accurate lease data input.

Responsibilities include governance program development, report generation, and collaboration with global teams to deliver high-quality transition services remotely for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Understanding of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles.
• Effective and independent work, with strong time management and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project team's accountability to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide quality control within databases during onboarding.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train junior transition resources.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transitions.
• Prepare and lead impactful communications and professional presence.
• Oversee data migration, mapping, ETL, and reconciliation between tools.
• Develop client governance programs and regular status reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of rental obligations and key lease data.
