Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager in Lease Administration to oversee client implementations and the full transition lifecycle. You will manage data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, and reporting, while coordinating global teams and maintaining client governance programs.

The role requires extensive experience in lease administration, strong project management, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration client implementations and relationships.
• Oversee transition lifecycle: discovery, data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, documentation and handover.
• Develop reports and dashboards and establish governance with clients.
• Mentor junior transition resources and ensure timely, accurate input of lease data.
• Lead program initiatives and drive standard processes, templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across global locations to deliver transitions.
